Buttonworks is a century-old, family-owned business specializing in custom buttons and personalized service. They sought a marketing partner to rebuild their online presence after a website migration resulted in a significant drop in organic rankings. They needed a strategy to regain visibility and drive revenue through organic channels.

Challenge

After migrating their website, Buttonworks experienced a substantial loss in organic traffic and rankings. Their primary goals were:

  • To re-establish strong website structure and SEO best practices
  • To rebuild organic visibility and rank for key terms related to “Custom Buttons”
  • To drive increased revenue and lead generation via organic search

Buttonworks had historically relied on referrals and organic traffic for business growth. With a focus on reaching new customers beyond their existing network, the challenge was to capture attention through targeted SEO efforts.

Strategy

We partnered with Buttonworks on a comprehensive SEO strategy, focusing on building keyword rankings and improving site structure. Over 10 months, we implemented:

  • Significant year-over-year growth in total orders and revenue, with a 20% increase in September 2024 sales ($59,298.16) compared to September 2023 ($47,438).

Engagement Metrics:

  • Organic engagement rate improved by 13.32% (from 55.4% to 62.78%).
  • Organic new users grew by 211%.
