Account Manager
Location: Remote (US-Based)
Type: Full-Time
Agency: All In Advertising

 In this role, you’ll lead the charge on crafting and executing marketing strategies that actually grow revenue, not just chase clicks or vanity metrics. You’ll be the primary relationship lead, the strategist, and the performance driver,  supported by a talented team of channel specialists.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks like a business owner, and loves solving growth puzzles with smart strategy and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for a roster of clients

  • Lead quarterly marketing strategy planning that aligns with client revenue goals

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and deliverables

  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results

  • Facilitate regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients

  • Oversee marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI

  • Ensure clients are excited about their strategy and confident in the progress being made

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, client strategy, or agency account management

  • Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, email marketing, and/or conversion optimization

  • Comfortable interpreting performance data and making strategic recommendations

  • Excellent communication skills, you can lead client calls with confidence and clarity

  • Highly organized and reliable,  you don’t let things slip through the cracks

  • Strategic mindset, you’re always looking for the best next move to drive growth

  • Experience using project management tools (we use ClickUp) is a bonus
